Die Spotting and Try Out Press

The series of hydraulic press mainly adopts the frame and pull rod type pre-tightening structure, with high direction precision and eccentric load resistance performance. And it also can be designed as the four-column type, which is simple and cost effective. New type oil cylinder sealing components enable long and reliable life time. This press is fitted with a moving table to facilitate repairing and changing the dies. For reducing the upper die spotting task, the 180 degree turning mechanism could be equipped in the slide. And with the displacement sensor and proportional control valves, the high repeatability and positioning accuracy of slide can be obtained. Optionally equipped with an industry touching screen monitor, the users can receive a friendly interface which intelligently stores and memorizes mold debugging parameters.
