Four-column Single-action Hydraulic Press

This series of hydraulic press adopts a three-beam four-column structure, which is optimized by computer-aided design, with high performance price ratio. Multi-cylinder and multi-column structures are provided according to the requirements of nominal pressure and working table size. The cartridge valve integrated unit is equipped for hydraulic control system, with high reliability, durability, and less hydraulic shock. Compact manifold blocks simplify pipeline connection and ensure leak free hydraulic system. Centralized button control is adopted for electrical system with reliable action, easy operation and convenient maintenance. And the adjusting operation mode and two-hand single cycle operation mode are available for choices. Stroke and pressure can be adjusted within specified scope, which can accomplish fixed stroke forming process and fixed pressure forming process, with pressure hold and time delay functions.

It is applicable for shallow drawing, bending, flanging, press-in, cold/hot extrusion and other processes.
