Four-column Hydraulic Press

The structure of this press is three-beam four-column, which is optimized by computer-aided design, with high performance price ratio. Cartridge valve integrated unit equipped in hydraulic control system, with high reliability, durability. Oil leakage is avoided by means of proper piping and minimum hydraulic impact design. Electrical system adopts centralized button control based on PLC, featuring reliable actions, easy operation and convenient maintenance. The ejection cylinder is mounted in the lower beam of the machine, which can realize these process actions by selecting on the control panel such as float drawing, positive drawing and reverse drawing, and can also be used for discharging product. Stroke and pressure can be adjusted within specified scope, which can accomplish fixed stroke forming process and fixed pressure forming process, with pressure hold and time delay functions. Optionally equipped with an industrial touching screen monitor, specific processes can be programmed, and the utilization rate of the press will be improved.

This series of hydraulic press is applicable for drawing, bending, flanging, cold extruding, blanking, and other processes of metal materials, and is also suitable for straightening, press-in and forming processes for powder and abrasive products, plastic and insulation materials.
