Four-column Hydraulic Drawing Press

　This series of hydraulic press adopts a three-beam four-column structure, which is optimized by computer-aided design, with high performance price ratio. Cartridge valve integrated unit equipped in hydraulic control system, with high reliability, durability. Oil leakage is avoided by means of proper piping and minimum hydraulic impact design. Independent electrical system controlled by PLC with reliable actions and easy maintenance. Three operation modes are provided: adjustment, two-hand single circle and continuous operations. According to the requirements, the double- man operating type can be added. A hydraulic cushion is mounted below the working table, and plenty of ejector rod holes are drilled in working table. Selected by the control panel, the process actions such as float drawing, positive drawing and reverse drawing can be realized. Stroke and pressure can be adjusted within specified scope. Fixed stroke forming process or fixed pressure forming process can be achieved, with pressure hold and time delay functions. Optionally equipped with a knock-out device, the product will be discharged automatically in each process cycle, relieving the labor intensity.
