Hydraulic press for rubber products

This series of hydraulic press is desighes as three-beam four-column type . The main cylinder is mounted in the lower beam with upward pressing direction. This press is mainly applicable to the heating appearance and good cost ratio.The hydraulic system and electric system are right located,which spare the back room of machine for operation.Due to the setting of boosting cylinder,the clamping speed is improvrs and the loss of mold temperatur is reduced.Focus on the characteristics of curing process for rubber, the function of slow opening function is provided to improve the forming quality.The mold temperature is controlled by the intelligent PID system,with the advantage of high accuracy,long service lifr.Through the friendly user interface, at most nine times of exhaust process can be programmed. Optionally equipped with proportional regulation device,displacement sensor and press sensor,the accurate subsection control for working speed and peress can be realized.
